Vasyl Hubal “Centers of administrative services should work not for papers, but for people!”

On Tuesday, November 18, the head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Vasyl Hubal met with representatives of the authorities of cities and districts of the region and the regional service on the work of Centers of administrative services.

In addition to establishing the fact that Transcarpathia was among the first regions in Ukraine where the institutions of a new type – Centres of administrative services (CAS) – began to work, a lot of criticism was heard too. Thus, most complaints in the local centers are about cooperation with the migration service. Representatives of the organization were told that they needed to estblish effective cooperation between CAS experts and the service, which is responsible for issuing passports, because most delays occur in the work with this document.

"Work not for papers, but for people!" – Vasily Hubal said.  The head of the RSA urged local authorities to do the same. "Enough talking about the fight against corruption. You must effectively deal with it. Including that which is often related to the issuance of various certificates and documents. Therefore, I demand to organize the work of the Centers with this idea in mind!" – Vasyl Hubal said.

Representatives of services and authorities of cities and districts, heads of local CASs discussed specific aspects of work and interaction. In the future, they plan to maximize the automation of document issuing processes and thus the actual provision of services to Transcarpathians. The head of the region, in particular, reminded about the need for a system of electronic queue.
