Transcarpathian CCI for twenty years has been looking for business partners

March 20-21, regular "International Contact Days" organized by the Transcarpathian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, brought together in Uzhgorod potential partners from Ukraine, Austria, Estonia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. The meeting was devoted to "Forestry and wood processing, furniture production, equipment and technology."

At the business forum, held in the conference hall of the Transcarpathian CCI, they presented domestic companies, whose activities are based on the use of local natural forest resources, from Donetsk, Kyiv, Lviv, Volyn, Ivano-Frankivsk, Transcarpathian and Khmelnytsky regions.

Among the invited guests there were diplomats from Slovakia and Hungary accredited in Uzhgorod, the head of the Austrian Trade Office in Lviv Nadiya Bohatyrenko, the director of the Hungarian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce Gyorgy Kota, the head of the Office of the Carpathian Regional Business Network in Uzhgorod Arpad Bati, manager of the Department of International Relations of the Kosice Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovakia Iveta Tomkova, representatives of the state enterprise "Zakarpatstandartmetrolohiya."

A key part of the international event was the negotiations, during which the participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with the technical and technological innovations, navigate in proposals for cooperation, agree on mutually beneficial conditions, offer their products and services.

By the way, business meetings, titled "International Contact Days", have been held by the Transcarpathian CCI for the second decade.
