Nadia Dyoloh won bronze medals at the wheelchair fencing world championship

The National Paralympic Wheelchair Fencing Team at the world championship won 1 gold, 3 silver and 4 bronze medals. More than 200 athletes from 19 countries took part in the competition. 

Morkvych Natalia won gold medal in saber (category A), and Demchuk Andriy won silver medal in men’s saber (category A). In women’s saber in category B, Olena Fedota won silver medal and Nadia Dyoloh won bronze medal. 

Natalia Morkvych, who won 1 gold and 1 bronze medal, showed the best result for Ukraine. 

At the first stage of the World Cup, they summed up the last year 2017. Poznyak Tetyana became the best athlete in women’s epee (category B), Breus Yevhenia – the best in women’s saber (category A), Shavkun Serhiy – the best in men’s epee (category C).
