In the Regional State Administration they are thinking how to repair roads with new subsidies, although they haven’t even spent the one from the last year

On Monday, March 4, there was the telephone conference chaired by the first deputy head of the region Igor Svyshcho concerning the compilation of the list of objects and clients for construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of streets and roads in communal property by subsidies from the state budget.

So, this year, the construction, repair, renovation and maintenance of streets and roads in communal property in Transcarpathia will be carried out by subventions from the state budget in the amount of over 63 million hryvnias. Therefore, the Regional State Administration together with district state administrations and city executive committees in the near future must compile the list of road facilities, where the repair works will be performed for that money.

In addition, the participants of the meeting were reminded of the remaining balances of the subsidy for 2012, which are now in the accounts of local authorities. And those are more than 29 million. So today, district administrations and executive committees received the task to gather the information on the amount of those remaining balances and submit project proposals for them. Particular attention should be focused on driveways to socially important facilities – schools, kindergartens, hospitals, etc.
