On October 8, a gastronomic festival "Cherna nachanka" will take place in the village of Cherna in Vynogradiv district. The program includes the contest for the best nachanka, concert, wine tasting. The beginning is at 14.00.
"Nachanka is a unique dish that is cooked in only three villages in Vynogradiv district (Cherna, Khyzha, Novoselytsia). It is very nutritious, and also an essential dish at all celebrations, especially weddings. The recipe is common, but every woman has her own secrets, so the dish is always unique. It is cooked mainly with corn flour, eggs and sour cream – the head of the tourism and cross-border cooperation sector of Vynogradiv District State Administration Valentina Hornetski explains our publication. – In total, nachanka consists of more than 20 ingredients."
