This recommendation was recently provided by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Department of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration informed. The themes of these lessons should be the courage of Ukrainian soldiers and volunteers, their loyalty to the oath to the Ukrainian people, the willingness to give their lives for peace in Ukraine and the heroism of ordinary Ukrainians who help to provide troops with safety equipment, medicines, food.
"The Ministry of Education also advised to mention those people, true patriots of Ukraine, who take families forced to leave their homes. The department has already sent relevant letters of recommendations to all departments of Transcarpathia to hold meetings with combatants, volunteers, and where possible to visit soldiers who were wounded as a result of combat missions as part of the ATO and are undergoing rehabilitation. To organize performances of children’s creative groups, writing letters to soldiers within the national campaign "Letter to the wounded," – the deputy director of the department – the head of the pre-school, secondary and non-formal education department of the RSA Hanna Sopkova said.
All measures should take into account the age and psychological characteristics of children.
The Ministry of Education recommends placing announcements on lessons of courage on the official websites of educational authorities and educational institutions.
