“Zakarpattyaoblenergo” conluded agreement for 53 million with it’s ex-director partners

On March, 17, the "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" PJSC, following a tender, concluded several agreements for the construction and reconstruction of power lines totaling UAH 53.14 million.

This was reported in the "Journal of Public Procurement", the "Nashi Hroshi" inform.

Most of the funds – 30.43 million hryvnia – is to be received by the Transcarpathian office of the "Electro" JSC.

According to the SMIDA, the owners of the three largest shares of the "Electro" company are:

12% – "Electro-Zakarpattya" LLC, owned by Mykhailo Kostak, known as the director of the Transcarpathian office of the company, and Dmytro Slavich. The latter also recently served as a co-founder of the "Electro-Budservice" LLC together with Serhiy Kovacs, Transcarpathian Regional Council deputy from the Party of Regions, son of former MP Vasyl Kovacs (2012-2014, elected from the Party of Regions, on February 20, 2014 left the party). Until the election to the Parliament, Kovacs Sr. for over 13 years headed the "Zakarpattyaoblenergo", ie the employer of the tender.

16% – "Chechva" LLC owned by the CEO of the "Electro" Yaroslav Tryntsolyn and Oleksiy Mykhailovych;

15% – "Elektromodern" LLC owned by Volodymyr Dmytrash (the head of Ternopil office of the "Electro"), Petro Dmytrash, Oleksiy Ovod and Oleksandr Prokopiv all ​​from Ternopil.

The only competitor of the Transcarpathian office was the "Elitar" LLC that won UAH 22.72 million on this tender.

 

Over the past five years, the "Elitar" company received contracts for UAH 247.89 million, almost all of them were either from Transcarpathian, or from Ternopil regional power companies.
