On January 20, the fourth wave of mobilization will start in Ukraine.
It has become known who will not be subject to it.
Thus, the following categories of persons subject to military service shall be exempt from mobilization in January-April 2015: unsuitable for health reasons, undergraduate and graduate students, priests, parents of three or more children, carers of incapacitated relatives and inhabitants of the occupied territories.
It should be noted that persons unsuitable for health reasons should be recognized by the military medical commission as unfit for military service for up to 6 months.
Full-time students and graduate students, priests, who serve in registered religious organizations, shall not be called up to the army.
Parents of three or more children under 18 years will not defend Ukraine from enemy.
Persons subject to military service, permanently caring of incapacitated relatives, shall be exempt from mobilization.
