Uzhgorod city council once again will try to revive the municipal newspaper. Several draft decisions on the newspaper "Uzhgorod" appeared on the website of the City Council. The issue will be considered at the session to be held on June 19.
This refers to the draft decision "On the structure of the newspaper "Uzhgorod" and its chief editor", and as for funding for the newspaper, it provided under separate draft decision "On the program of coverage of Uzhgorod city council activity, the problems of the city life in the newspaper "Uzhgorod" for 2015-2017".
According to the first draft, the City Council plans to approve the structure of the newspaper "Uzhgorod" and to leave Andriy Andrusyak as the chief editor of the publication.

The second project suggests that the newspaper "Uzhgorod" is financed from the city budget. The total volume of financial resources needed to implement the program is 744 000 hryvnia, including:
2015- 235,000 UAH
2016 – 249,000 UAH
2017- 260,000 UAH.
