What changes will the Transcarpathian deputies make to the regional budget-2018?

The Department of Finance of the RSA suggests the deputies of the Regional Council to approve changes to the distribution of expenditures of the regional budget for 2018 in terms the main spending units; changes to sources of financing of the regional budget for this year; changes in capital expenditures and the list of facilities, expenditures for which are to be made at the expense of the development budget in 2018; changes to the list of local (regional) programs that will be financed by the regional budget in 2018; changes in the figures of interbudget transfers from the regional budget to local budgets in 2018.

Thus, for the Department of Education, it is proposed to take UAH 3100.0 thousand from the Transcarpathian Educational Development Program and allocate these funds for co-financing of the educational subvention for the purchase of school buses.

At the Department of Social Welfare, the current expenditures shall be reduced by UAH 7.0 thousand and the capital expenditures shall be increased by the same amount under the budget program "Provision of in-patient care social services with accommodation for children with physical and mental disabilities", and it is proposed to redistribute the allocations for wages.

At the department of infrastructure, development and maintenance of the road network, and housing and communal services, the general fund expenditures for the implementation of the program of solid household waste management shall be reduced and the special fund expenditures accordingly shall be increased by UAH 1200.0 thousand.

Also, the draft decision provides for the redistribution of the subvention from the state budget to provide state support to people with special educational needs between the budgets of Irshava and Perechyn districts, budgets of the united territorial communities of the cities of Irshava and Perechyn.
