Volodymyr Chubirko is suing Uzhgorod election commission – votes were stolen

The Chairman of the Transcarpathian Regional Council and a candidate for the mayor of Uzhgorod Volodymyr Chubirko said that he sues the election commission regarding the election results. He informed on his facebook:

"Today, at 14:00, in the Transcarpathian District Administrative Court,there will be a meeting about my suit to Uzhgorod city election commission. It is simple: according to the vote count by the city election committee, the number of votes for my candidacy became 97 votes less than that indicated in the protocols of precinct election commissions with stamps.

Of course, even if the court rules in my favor, these 97 votes will not affect the election results. But maybe they will finally begin to observe the law?".

"If you ignore gross violations of the law during the election campaign, can at least counting of votes be fair? I hope for a positive decision of the court", – Chubirko says.
