Virtuoso thief: bike theft chronicle (VIDEO)

In Uzhgorod, patrol policemen detained a bicycle thief, who commited an offense in 60 seconds.

This incident took place in the regional center of Transcarpathia on June 12th.

As can be seen in the footage from the surveillance cameras, it took about a minute to commit a crime.

Patrol policemen found the thief on June 13th on Korzo street. He was taken to the Uzhgorod City Police Department, the Patrol Police Office of Transcarpathian region informed.
