This was written in his page on Facebook.

"2 years of imprisonment given to Lutsenko is too big fee for the political muscles game. I can hardly be suspected to be on friendly terms with Lutsenko, but the he was treated is totally unacceptable for any democratic country," – said Baloha.

Just to remind, today, August 17, Lutsenko was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for organizing illegal surveillance when investigating the poisoning of presidential candidate Viktor Yushchenko. Earlier,

February 27, 2012, the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv sentenced Lutsenko to 4 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property for acquisition of public property and abuse of power.

On May 16 the Kyiv Court of Appeal declared the sentence imposed Lutsenko to be valid.
