Vasyl Hubal met with Transcarpathian representatives of the mission “Black Tulip”

The head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Vasyl Hubal presented diplomas of the Ministry of Defense to special volunteers – members of the mission "Black Tulip" in Transcarpathia Oleksandr Rusyn, Andriy Pyosa and Kostyantin Balabanov.

The head of the region commented on the meeting on his facebook:  

"I had special guests – representatives of the mission "Black Tulip" in Transcarpathia. I often meet with participants of the ATO and volunteers, but it was my first meeting with the people, who do this highly needed and hard work – searching for missing and dead and identification of bodies in the ATO area… To say that this is not an easy job is to say nothing… And they carry out their mission as volunteers. I bow my head to the men, who often risk their own lives in a combat zone to give people opportunity to bury their children, who unfortunately lost their lives.   I bow my head before them and shake their hands, and I assure that my door is always open for them in all matters arising in the work. At the meeting I performed an honorable task – presented our courageous representatives of the mission diplomas and letters of thanks from the Ministry of Defence.I congratulate the guys and wish them health, strength, patience, and peace of mind, and peace – to all of us."
