Everyone decides for themselves whether to believe in signs or not. But one of them always comes true: if Uzhgorod "Svobodka" (which is the smallest statue of Liberty in the world or the "Ungvar" lighthouse) has a new outfit, there’s going to be a holiday.
Now she has a new look: she announced the arrival of spring, giving the passers-by a red tulip, which is one of the first to bloom after the cold winter and symbolizes the beginning of something new, as well as a true, strong and selfless love.
