Uzhgorod sets record of Ukraine (VIDEO)

The longest run – 85 hours continuously, and the longest distance covered – 1033 km. Uzhgorod set national records today, said the organizer of the continuous relay "Uzhhorod Ultra 1000 km", the chairman of the Uzhhorod Running Club Mykola Mashika. The record was registered by the regional representative of the Book of Records of Ukraine. The continuous relay race "Uzhhorod Ultra 1000 km" started on Nezalezhnist Embankment in Uzhgorod at 7 am on August 21. During almost four days, a total of 90 participants took place in it, running 1,033 kilometers. The race ended today at 20.00. This evening, the awarding of the participants took place. They and the organizers of the race were congratulated by the Mayor Bohdan Andriyiv, who also took part in the relay.
