Uzhgorod schoolgirl, who was hit by a falling tree in November. is finally being discharged from hospital

For the first time in more than 3 months, the girl went for a walk – Lora Prykhodko wrote on her Facebook page.

"The girl, who due to criminal negligence was hit by a falling tree near the school №15 on November 16, 2016, is finally up from his sick bed. She still can not walk without help, but doctors say that it’s time to learn. During these long 3.5 months full of grief and unbearable pain, the girl suffered a couple of dozen surgeries, her mother and grandmother missed many nights of sleep, doctors were doing everything to save every millimeter of tissue and bone of the child’s leg.   To save the girl’s leg, doctors had to shorten it by 4 cm. There is still a long process of rehabilitation and plastic surgeries ahead.

Soon, Anita will be discharged home. And at home… rented apartment on the 7th floor of the building with a broken elevator
