Uzhgorod residents donated 9,000 UAH at the race (PHOTOS)

      As we reported, today, December 18, the charity race "Run – help!" took place in Uzhgorod. The race was organized by the community of Uzhgorod residents "Uzhhorod running club" that advocate a healthy lifestyle. 64 Uzhgorod residents took part in the race. Given that the event had a charitable purpose – to raise funds for the children of poor families and orphanages – Uzhgorod residents were willing to contribute. Many people made charitable contributions.

         Mykola Mashika, the initiator of the campaign, said that he was very satisfied with the result. He said that he had set out several goals, and all were reached. In particular, he managed to bring together active people, to show the public that healthy lifestyle is a very good thing, and to raise money for charity. In total, 9,000 UAH was raised. All the funds will be handed over to representatives of the NGO "Happy Children", the press service of the NGO informed.
