Uzhgorod residents continue to record open manholes instead of Kasperov (PHOTOS)

Three manholes without covers that lie in wait for the citizens were recorded by an Uzhgorod resident Olga. She wrote in the group "Uzhgorod" on Facebook – you should be cautious at the following addresses: Dobrolyubov st. / Lokota st.; Bozhenko st. / Jan Hus st.; Zakarpatska st. (near the post office). The last one, in her opinion, is the most dangerous, because it is hidden.

We remind that the director of the Department of Municipal Economy Oleksiy Kasperov in autumn was instructed to make all manholes safe – to replace missing covers and grating on gulleys. The order was to be executed by October 25, 2013. However, open manholes still lie in wait for pedestrians, motorists and cyclists.
