Uzhgorod mayor office will save on lunch breaks

The mayor office and other institutions belonging to the city government from now on will be saving on lunch breaks. They will save time – the daily lunch break is shortened to 30 minutes. Instead, on Friday they will work three hours less (and, of course, without lunch break at all) – the last working day of the week in the City Council will end at 15.00.

Victor Pogorelov signed an executive order establishing the hours for council staff, the executive committee and its departments and divisions. According to this order, from Monday to Thursday working day will last 8 hours 30 minutes. The working starts at 9.00 and ends at 18.00. Lunch break is shortened by 30 minutes and lasts from 13.00 to 13.30. The working day on Fridays lasts from 9.00 to 15.00 without a lunch break – informed the press service of the city council.
