Today, on October 2, the Mayor Bohdan Andriyiv signed the act of transfer of the land plot at Uzhgorod, Maria Zankovetska street (near school № 12-school №15) in area of 6 hectares to the owneship of the city community.
The document was drawn up based on the decision of the Mayor dated September 25, 2018, No. 429 in view of the expiration of the lease agreement dated December 18, 2007.
The press service of the City Council reminds: preservation of the Peremoha Park ("Kirpichka") was one of the pre-election promises of the city mayor Bohdan Andriyiv, he repeatedly stressed that he was convinced of the need to preserve this territory exclusively as a green zone.
Recall that the public has been fighting hard for the territory known as "Kirpichka" to become a green area.
