Plogging (plog is Swedish for "plow") – the process of collecting trash while jogging – is a popular movement in Europe – a hybrid of a healthy lifestyle and care for the environment.
What does it take to do plogging?
▪ Take a sturdy trash bag for a jog
▪️ Put plastic trash found on the road in it
▪️ Photograph it and post a photo with the hashtag #plogging on social networks to attract as many people as possible.
As a result, ordinary jogging turns into an environmental campaign that helps make the environment cleaner.
The students of the Real Madrid Foundation social and sports school initiated and conducted a flash mob to clean up the territory in the city of Ternopil and challenged Uzhgorod.
