Uzhgorod exceeded the target by 25 million

In the first quarter, the city budget received UAH 154 million, which is 18% or almost 24 million more than the target. Compared to the first quarter of 2014, the revenues increased by UAH 49.6 million. The bulk of the surplus to the general fund of the city budget is revenues from payments for land – 4.2 million, or 161.9% over the target, single tax – 4.41 million, or 60.7% over the target. The excise tax on gasoline sales brought the city 9.3 million, the sale of alcohol and tobacco – 6.6 million.  From the property tax on residential real estate objects, the budget received only 55.7 thousand.

In the first quarter, the city spent more than 112 million. Of that, 46.4 million – for education, 36 – for social protection, 25.5 – for education, 6.6 – for housing, and 4.8 – for city officials.
