At the meeting of Uzhgorod city council on July 9, the deputies will consider the issue concerning the territory of the largest green area in Uzhgorod – the Bozdosh park.
Paragraph 1.21 of the draft decision "On granting permits for expert monetary evaluation of land" refers to the permit for land evaluation for businessman Vasyl Gavrilko.
It is an area of 0.0938 ha where the complex "Yo-ma-yo", which burned down last year, was located. Today this area is a public property and leased until May 31, 2016. If deputies agree on the draft decision, the entrepreneur will be able to evaluate the land in the park in order to buy it. Vasyl Gavrilko is a brother of a deputy of the City Council, a member of the "land" commission Yulianna Bed.
This issue has already been submitted for consideration by the deputies on June 19, but it did not receive a sufficient number of votes then.
