Given the public outcry regarding the future "Peremoha" or "Kirpichka" park in Uzhgorod, the session of the City Council today began with the consideration of the issue concerning the allocation of this territory.
The mayor Bohdan Andriyiv said that the deputy committees had not supported this project and put it on a vote.
34 of the 35 present deputies voted "for" the critical remarks, which means that the applications of tenants shall be denied. Thus, the "Kirpichka" remains a green zone.
