Protesters freely walked into the city council with the intention of rebooting the government, the resignation of the mayor, and also they want to seal the rooms and the assembly hall.
Rostislav Bulanov asked the protesters not to break anything, because "tomorrow, this building will already be ours." Currently, the activists went to seal rooms and the assembly hall.
Meanwhile, they put forward an ultimatum to the mayor, to file his statement of resignation. The term – 24 hours.

The first room to be sealed is the office of Kasperov – the Director of the Municipal Economy Department. The main demand is to prevent the destruction of documents.
The land department, the mayor’s and deputy mayors’ receptions are next. The departments, that are vital for the city, will work normally. Those offices, where there are documents on property, will be sealed.
