Uzhgorod City Council is filing to the Economic Court of Transcarpathian Region a lawsuite to collect 895 thousand 380 hryvnias from the "Oleksandria CAPITAL" LLC for poorly performed works on the repair of Peremoha Street in Uzhgorod (from Lehotsky Street to the village of Storozhnytsia).
According to the contract, the contractor had to complete all works by December 20, 2017, but for unknown reasons they were not completed in time, and those, that were, were performed poorly, which caused the territorial community of Uzhgorod material damage at the specified amount. Everything is confirmed by the findings of the court expert.
It was established that the existing coat has numerous deformations and fractures, in particular, sagging, cracks, peeling, potholes, etc.
During the inspections, in the presence of the contractor company representative, the measurements of the coat laid and the defects found were carried out. Everything was documented.
To ensure reimbursement of budget funds and prevent the violation of the rights of the territorial community, the Department of Municipal Economy of the Uzhgorod City Council will ask the court to seize the money of the "Oleksandria CAPITAL" LLC.
