Uzhgorod City Council still has no secretary, and the mayor is without the first deputy

Uzhgorod Mayor Victor Pogorelov closed the first plenary meeting of the 15th session of the City Council, without having cosidered the question of the appointment of the Secretary of the City Council and his first deputy.
These positions have been vacant after scandalous dismissal of Victor Shchadey and Victor Trykur. 
As the Mayor commented to uzhgorod.in, on the position of the secretary of the council he sees Svitlana Korol (who is the city council member, the deputy mayor and the head of the financial department), and as his first deputy – Vitaliy Semal, who now serves as the acting first deputy mayor.
 "I did not bring up this issue because we have not agreed on the person who will be my deputy instead of Semal, so we will consider it at the next plenary meeting together with the budget", – said Victor Pogorelov.
