Uzhgorod city council has not published drafts of “land” decisions and more

The draft agenda was posted on the site of the City Council on July 2. However, as of the evening of July 12, only 8 (!) of 49 issues had active links.

Some draft decisions can be found in the section "Draft decisions" by copying the tile of the draft decision in the agenda and using the key combination "Ctrl F".

However, many draft decisions were not available in the relevant section as of the evening of July 12 – that is, the day before the meeting.

For example, the issue №12 "On approval of the budget of Uzhgorod" – as of July 12, the draft was not available on the site. The same applies to the issue №13 – "On liquidation of the educational complex "Horyany" and the establishment of the kindergarten №43".

Also, draft documents regarding the disposal of municipal land "On the termination of leases of land"; "On the extension of leases of land"; "On granting permits for expert monetary evaluation of land" are not available in the draft decisions section.

The draft decisions that may be considered at the meeting on July 14, according to the published agenda, were published on the site between 2 and 11 of July. If the deputies adopt them at the meeting on 14 July, it will be violation of the requirements of paragraph 3 of Article 15 of the Law "On Access to Public Information", which states that draft decisions should be published 20 days before the day of meeting.
