"Uzhgorod. The section of Peremoha (Kapushanska) street in front of the "Avtomobilist" stadium. Fresh snow disguised an open shaft. Couldn’t close it completely – just made it a little stabler and cleared the snow around the manhole – so that it was at least visible. Be careful!
A lot of people are walking there – really dangerous."
