The UZ once again informs that in order to use railway transport of Ukraine, military personnel must obtain travel documents in railway ticket offices.
To resolve contingencies, we recommend the ATO participants to turn to military commandant, in his absence – to the station duty officer. These officials are obliged to assist the participants of the ATO in obtaining travel documents boarding the train.
In the absence of tickets for participants of the ATO in ticket offices, as an exception, travel can be arranged against cash payment with issuance of SU-57 receipt directly by the head of the train during the journey.
If the head of the train refuses to carry participants of the ATO, please immediately leave a record in the book of complaints and suggestions, which is kept by the station duty officer, to avoid conflicts.
