The photos taken by tourists in the mountains of Rakhiv district were posted on facebook. On the way to the Mount Pip Ivan Maramorosky, tourists stumbled upon a huge snake and photographed it.
The size of the snake shocked the social network users. The snake was found in the mountains 2 km from Dilove in the Lysycha valley.
The two-meter snake was the forest whip snake, which is listed in the Red Book of Ukraine. This snake is not poisonous.
The tourists did not kill the snake, just took it away from the road and released it, the administrators of the Rakhiv district news page wrote.
