Police lieutenant Maksym Chyzhenko and police sergeant Mykyta Lebedev, during off-duty hours, heard nearby the sounds of a conflict with shooting. Wasting no time, they ran to the scene to hold the persons involved the conflict until the arrival of other crews.
One of the men tried to escape, but was immediately apprehended. The case was then handed over to investigators.
Today, our colleagues received the diplomas from the Main Office of the National Police in Transcarpathian region for that action.
