Today, August 18, an international dog show – "Pearl of the Carpathians – 2012" has started in Uzhgorod Bozdosh park. Nearly one thousand different dog breeds were brought to the regional center from different countries to compete for the title of best of the best in their categories. Large and small, hairy and bald – dogs of all colors and breeds amused Uzhgorod citizens who gathered here to watch this pretty show. Those who do not have time to look at the dogs today can visit the park tomorrow – the event continues on Sunday.
Though, the most beautiful can be watched in our report today.
Representatives of the Transcarpathian Regional Branch of Kennel Union of Ukraine initiated the dog show.
