January 5, at 15:05, rescuers of the mountain search and rescue unit of the Office of the Emergencies Service of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region found two tourists who had got lost on January 4 in a wooded area in the vicinity of Urda meadow in Rakhiv district, the press service of the Transcarpathian unit reported.
The health status of 27-year-old Dmytro and Denys, who came to rest in the Carpathians from Kyiv, is assessed as satisfactory. The men did not need medical care.
9 people and 2 units of equipment of Yasinya and Lazeschyna offices of the mountain search and rescue unit were engaged in the search and rescue operation.
