Transcarpathian territorial defense battalion is not going to the East – the Military Commissariat

The press group of the Transcarpathian Regional Military Commissariat refuted the information that part of the Territorial Defence Battalion supposedly will soon be sent to the East.

This information was reported by relatives of the mobilized soldiers, saying that the departure is scheduled for July 18.

The notice of the Military Commissariat states: "As of July 10, 2014, we have received a formal order of the higher headquarters to extend the combat training of the territorial defense battalion in Transcarpathian region until July 18 this year.

No instructions to send troops to participate in the ATO have been received.
