Transcarpathian taxpayers have paid more than 2 billion hryvnia of taxes

Tax on personal income, value added tax, excise tax – those are taxes that are leaders in providing tax revenues to the budget.

Overall, according to available data, the consolidated budget in Transcarpathian region, for the period of January-August 2015, received taxes in amount of UAH 2 billion 88 million. Of this amount, the three above mentioned taxes account for almost UAH 1 billion 189 million.

Comparing revenues to the budget, which, according to the Budget Code, are classified by the following sections: tax revenues, non-tax revenues, income from capital transactions; transfers, we are observing a significant growth, tax revenues have increased by more than 54%. Last year, in the corresponding period, the figure was UAH 1 billion 355 million.

It should be noted that UAH 987 million of taxes was transferred to the state budget, about UAH 1 billion 102 million – to local budgets.

Experts of the Main Office of the SFS in Transcarpathian region note that the level of revenues to the local budget is particularly encouraging, because it gives local communities the financial basis for their own development and prosperity.
