Yesterday, officers of the Main Office of the SFS in Transcarpathian region seized 32,000 packs of "Jin Ling" without excise duty stamps of Ukraine. The tobacco products was found during the activities to combat illegal distribution of excisable goods as part of the operation "Excise-2015" and the operational and investigative activities in the criminal proceeding registered in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations for the crime under Part 1 of Art. 204 and Part 1 of Art. 199 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The cigarettes were seized in Uzhgorod in one of the garage premises owned by a resident of our city.
According to preliminary estimates, the cost of the tobacco products is 550,000 UAH. The excisable goods were seized and are under safe-keeping. The investigation continues.
