February 2, in Uzhgorod, there will be a traditional celebration of Slovak Culture – Fašiangy Ball.
The event will be held at the restaurant of "Zakarpattya" hotel, on the 2nd floor.
The beginning is at 18:00
The festival is organized by NGO "Matica Slovenska in Transcarpathia", which thus seeks to revive folk "fašiangy" (carnival) traditions and entertainment, to create a venue for meeting of Transcarpathian Slovaks with the highest representatives of the political, social, cultural and economic life of Ukraine and Slovakia.
