Transcarpathian philanthropists want to help those who need prostheses

Christian charity foundation "Caritas Transcarpathia" will provide implants of the US company "Stryker".

"Caritas Transcarpathia" is the oldest charitable foundation in the region. It has been working since 1995.

One of the latest achievements of the foundation is the opening of a dental room in the school №10 in Uzhgorod. For over 2 years, doctors have been conducting free examinations of pupils there.

For now, the work of philanthropists is aimed at saving those with injured hip joints. Often such help is needed by seniors who suffer fractures after falling on the streets. Implants (prostheses) needed by patients are currently quite expensive, so not everyone can purchase them at their own expense.
However, Uzhgorod philantropists from the Christian charity foundation "Caritas Transcarpathia" are willing to provide such prostheses to countryman who need them. To receive implants, one needs to apply through the page of the Charity Foundation "Caritas Transcarpathia" in the network "Facebook".
