Today, September 6, the jubilee competition of forestry workers – the XXth All-Ukrainian competition of forest fellers and the IXth competition of professional skills "Best Operator of Hydromanipulator – 2017" – started at the SE "Teteriv forestry" of the Kyiv Regional and City Forestry and Hunting Administration.
Transcarpathian region is represented by Vasyl Kyi, the deputy head of the Transcarpathian Regional Forestry and Hunting Administration, forest feller Mykhailo Syta from the SE "Mizhhirya Forestry" and Vasyl Kapchuk, operator of the hydromanipulator from the Yasinya Forestry Enterprise.
By the way, forest feller, Mykhailo Syta, represents Transcarpathia at forest feller competitions for the second time.
34 forest fellers (29 professionals and 5 juniors) and 13 operators of hydromanipulator will be competing for the title of the best logger of the country.
The event is aimed at promoting the professions of the forestry industry.
The competition is conducted according to the current rules of the International Association of Forest Fellers. Let’s root for our foresters!
