An unprecedented volunteer campaign is taking place during the Transcarpathian Regional Council session.
For the first time, the Movement to support Transcarpathian military deployed their stall in the building on Narodna Square.
According to the coordinator of the Movement, Galina Yartseva, members of the Regional Council themselves suggested to do it.
Volunteers raise funds for the mission "Black Tulip", which is looking for missing persons and dead bodies in the ATO area and deliver them home.
"The magazine "Myrotvorets" is sold very well, many deputies bought it, wrote their wishes on it and gave us back to send the boys to the front. Handmade gifts from our masters are also sold well. However, they are not too interested in art, although we brought some great pictures of our artist friends", – Galina says.
The volunteers stress that deputies are quite generous, the smallest bills in the box are of 10 and 20 hryvnia, there are some 500 bills, but mostly 200 hryvnia.
Notably, deputies do not take change even when buying a trinket.
