Transcarpathian CVU: in Uzhgorod constituency, there have been facts of vote buying

The head of the the regional branch of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine Dmytro Tuzhansky, during a press conference, said that in the constituency №68, there had been cases of vote buying.

"Fortunately, vote buying was not critical, but it did take place. Another positive thing about this election is absence of administrative resources, and this in turn led to low turnout. In Uzhgorod constituency, a massive advertising of the Petro Poroshenko Block candidate Robert Horvath was effective. His campaign has become similar to the campaign of the Narodny Front because of large number of billboards, city lights, newspaper articles," – Dmytro Tuzhansky said.

According to the head of the branch of the CVU in Uzhgorod, 60% of the interviewees wanted to see a new face, and this request was fulfilled in the media, and it worked. This explains the victory of the new man in politics – Robert Horvat – in the constituency, – Dmytro Tuzhansky said.
