Yesterday, December 27, the head of the Transcarpathian Regional Administration Vasyl Hubal, the Regional Council Chairman Volodymyr Chubirko, and the deputy of Ukraine Ivan Baloha participated in the inauguration of the new kindergarten in the village of  Veryatsya in Vynogradiv district. The event was also attended by the head of Vynogradiv district state administration Judita Petei and the Chairman of the District Council Oleg Lyubimov, residents of the village and teachers.

The conversion of the unfinished residential building into kindergarten in the village of  Veryatsya started back in 2009. Residents of the village were looking forward to a new pre-school, as before that, more than two dozen children had been attending a kindergarten at Veryatsya secondary school. The queue to the kindergarten consists of 180 children, so every year, the problem was exacerbating.

"Starting January, there will be four groups in the new kindergarten: nursery, junior, middle and senior. The kindergarten is currently designed for 75 children. At the expense of the village budget, it was furnished with new furniture, tools and equipment for the kitchen. In the future we hope to open two more groups, as the building area allows to do it" – the head of the Veryatsya kindergarten Yulia Ivaniha said. According to her, this is important, because next year there will be 58 five-year-old children in the village, who should be covered with pre-school education, the press office of the RSA informed.
