Over the seven months of the year, individual entrepreneurs, who operate on the simplified system of taxation, have paid to the budget over 2.8 billion hryvnias. Compared to the same period of the last year, the receipts have increased by 53.3 percent, the site of the regional office of the Ministry of Income reported. Between January and July 2012, the budget received 1.8 billion hryvnias.
Experts of the Ministry of Income say that this growth of revenue was made possible by simplifying the business environment for private entrepreneurs, in particular, their breakdown into groups, enabling more entrepreneurs to work under this model.
As a result, only this year, the number of entrepreneurs in the Group 3 has increased by 56 thousand people.
Overall, this year, over 1.2 million individual entrepreneurs have chosen the simplified system of taxation. Compared to last year their number has increased by almost 90 million people.
