Annual community cleanup of the Tisa River, which is held on the last Saturday of July, has become a tradition in Transcarpathia
On the Facebook page of the group Clean River Clean Water, the poll of residents and volunteers of Rachiv district is being conducted on the feasibility of the annual community cleanup of the Tisa river from debris, which cluttered the riverbed and banks of the river.  
“Dear fellow villagers and everyone who cares about our Carpathians and rivers. We need your opinion. Due the quarantine, we are not sure whether it is worth holding a comprehensive cleanup of the Tisa River, which is held on the last Saturday of July, this year on 25.07.2020. Therefore, we’re conducting a poll. Please treat the poll responsibly and do not forget about our beautiful nature and your children. Thank you very much The poll is conducted until 20.07.2020”
