Transcarpathia in the list of regions with the worst roads

Ukravtodor named the most problematic regions with the worst condition of roads.

This is stated in the Ukravtodor’s response to the request of the Tyzhden.ua.

The most problematic regions with significant residual pits on roads of Ukraine as of July 11 are: Lviv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi and Transcarpathian.

Also, the agency named the roads that are in the best condition.

Those are the roads: Kyiv – Chop, Kyiv – Kharkiv – Dovzhansky, Kipti – Bachivsk, Lviv – Shegyni, Kharkiv – Shcherbakivka, Kyiv – Boryspil, Kyiv – Kovel – Yagodyn, Donetsk – Khartsyzk – Uspenka, Ulyanivka – Mykolayiv.

According to Ukravtodor, in the first half of this year, they have eliminated 5 million 38 thousand square meters of pits, which is 94% of the total pits area (5 million 330 thousand square meters). 

Recall that Ukrautodor promised to complete the patching repairs on roads of national importance by the end of May, and on the roads of local importance – by the end of June.
