On Thursday (18.05), 6,489,800 UAH from overperformance of the monthly revenue target by the Transcarpathian customs in April (so-called "road experiment") was transferred to the Transcarpathian regional budget.
– This is the second part of the target overperformance for the last month – Hennadiy Moskal said. – Thus, the total amount the region received for April is 12,979,700 UAH, and since the beginning of the year – 32,870,800 UAH. All the money is already in the regional budget and will be used to repair roads in Transcarpathia. The works will begin as soon as the list of roads is approved by the "Ukravtodor", the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Budget Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. The documents have already been sent for approval.
Recall that in late December last year, the Parliament included Transcarpathian region into the experiment, under which 50 percent of funds from the overperformance of monthly customs revenue targets shall be used for the repair of roads.
