On March 21, 2019, the state institution "Transcarpathian Regional Contact Center", together with the Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region, will be receiving telephone calls from residents of Transcarpathia.
The hotline will be held as part of the implementation of the next stage of the Pension reform, which is accompanied by an increase in the amount of pensions from January and March of this year, the recalculation of pensions, etc., with the purpose of conducting outreach among the population.

Calls will be received from 8:00 to 17:00 (from 12:00 to 13:00 – lunch break).
Thus, Transcarpathians will be able to learn about the main aspects of the Pension Reform, get general information on the specifics of the introduction of pension indexation and the recalculation of pensions for residents, etc.
