Tomorrow, the commeration of the liquidators of the Chernobyl accident will be held in Uzhgorod

On Wednesday, April 26, the solemn events to mark the 31st anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster will be held in the regional center.

At 10.30, in the small hall of the Regional State Administration, there will be the meeting of the regional officials, representatives of structural subdivisions of the RSA with members of Chernobyl public organizations.

On the same day, in Uzhgorod, on "Friendship of Peoples" Square, government representatives, heads of local NGO "Chernobyl Union of Ukraine" will take part in the ceremony of laying wreaths and flowers at the monument to Transcarpathian liquidators of the Chernobyl accident. The beginning is at 11.30.
